Expected 2016 Serbia's GDP growth totals 1,5%

Experts of magazine Macroeconomic analysis and trends (MAT) have estimated today that in 2016, expected Serbia’s GDP growth can reach 1,5%.

Editor of MAT, Ivan Nikolic said atthe presentation of the new magazine edition that real GDP in 2015 will be 0,8%. He reminded that industrialproduction, in the January-November 2015 period 2015, is higher by 7,9% comparedto the same period last year.



Nikolic said that according to the estimation of MAT, after the fall of fiscal investments in the previous two years, in2015, he expects investment growth of 8%. As he added, strengthening ofproduction dynamics is requiring new investments and production and investmentscan face problems which immigration crisis caused in Europe.

As experts of MAT are stating,warning indicators can be a fall of stock market indexes in the world, fall ofoil price, weakening of Chinese economy dynamics.


On the other hand, MAT states, 2016 can be seen with a bit of more optimismhaving in mind announced monetary policy of the American FED and decrease ofeuro versus dollar with increase in export as a result.
