Virtual reality is reaching the first billion dollars of income – Fourth of smart phone users is giving up on classic calls

Deloitte consulting company is forecasting that “virtual reality” will reach its first billion dollars of income in 2016 with app. 700 million sold hardware products while the rest goes to sale of non-hardware contents.

Apart from that, the report shows major portion of funds will be spent on virtual reality by key users, not temporary players. This means that while everyone can test virtual reality options from their smartphones, majority of profit in 2016 will most likely be generated by tens million real users than billion other users.
