Additional capitalization of Jubmes bank for about 40m EUR

At the beginning of year 2008, Jubmes bank will double its capital by issuing regular stocks for about 40m EUR. The basic capital of Jubmes bank currently amounts to about 35m EUR, and the decision about additional capitalization of Jubmes bank was made on October 18, 2007, at the special meeting of the Stockholding Assembly.

According to the data provided by the Central Securities Registry, the biggest stockholder of Jubmes bank, with 21.1% of stocks, is Republic of Serbia, while about 7.4% of stocks are owned by former SFT Yugoslavia.

Jubmes bank (Yugoslav Bank for International Economic Collaboration) was founded in 1979 as the specialized financial institution for refinancing and insurance of export and it was transformed into Komercijalna Bank in 1997.
