Gorenje's 2015 revenue at EUR 1.2 billion

Gorenje generated a revenue of EUR 1.217 billion in 2015, 0.6% less than planned. Last year's sales of Gorenje household appliances exceeded all plans, while the company management announces profit growth for this year.
In 2016, the first year in the new strategic period, Gorenje plans to increase revenue by 4.6%, while EBITDA is planned to reach EUR 7.6 million.
Gorenje had lower results at the start of the year, but it managed to recover the sales and market shares by the year's end.
The last quarter of 2015 saw the sales at a record high for that year. Gorenje's core activity - the sale of household appliances - generated a revenue of EUR 1.05 billion last year.
However, the final annual result will mostly depend on negative exchange rate differences. It is estimated that this could reduce the revenue by 12.6 million euro, but they will still be EUR 6 million above the plan.
