Sale of property at Dallas furniture plant announced again - Public auction February 19

Subject of sale comprised 4 units: sales area in Novi Sad on 4.382 m2 (initial price RSD 227.520.903,81), complex of furniture plant in Tutin (initial price RSD 146.828.642,25), complex of plant Jelak in Tutin (initial price RSD 189.813.158,43), as well as a lot in Cacak on a round road (initial price RSD 8.054.595,88).

Public auction will be held February 19 at 11h at the Trade Court in Kraljevo.

At the same time, tender for sale of furniture stock estimated at RSD 5.199.186 has been released.
