The Law stipulates penalties ranging from 60,000 to 2,000,000 dinars for employers who omit to report to the state that they're sending their employees to work abroad.
Aleksandar Vulin, the Serbian minister of labor, employment, veteran and social policy, said that that law would allow for the improvement of security of Serbian workers abroad. He added that numerous inspections and diplomatic and consular missions were going to be engaged in the application of that law.
