Vranje-based Geox is officially starting January 31

Antci said he does not have information on current headcount at Geox but in line with contract provisions signed October 9, 2012, the Italians with their associates should engage 1250 people in the first starting stage.

- We fulfilled as local self-governance all commitments we had in line with the contract so that they could be operational and January 31 we will know exactly what and how Geox functions- Antic said.

Italian Geox is the first plant which was built in the industrial zone in Vranje.
