"Jugoremedija" sold stocks in Biscuit Factory "Medela"

- By selling its package of 37% of stocks in the Vrbas Biscuit Factory “Medela” for 6m EUR, Zrenjanin-based "Jugoremedija" obtained fresh capital that will enable reconstruction of the pill production department and production doubling – said the President of the Administrative Board of the Drug Factory, Zdravko Deurić.

He announced that the reconstruction of the pill production department would start in March 2008 and that it would be completed within 4 months.

- Following realization of the planned investments, the conditions will be created for dividend in "Jugoremedija" to be as big as certain companies offer for purchase of its stocks outside the stock exchange – said Deurić.
