Smederevo-based ServFood's fish processing department starts operations as of January 15

ServFood, in line with the contract, is obliged to invest in assets and equipment EUR 2 m, to employ and train at least 100 people.

The hall on 4.172 m2 was rented at EUR 3 per square meter and the City of Smederevo built it with its own funds, the website of the City of Smederevo communicates.

The contract was signed based on previous procedure of collection of written offers for hall rent. After advertisement was released, only ServFood delivered the offer.

The contract has been signed on a five-year basis, starting from January 15, 2016 with an option of extension.
