Bijela Shipyard for sale for EUR 27.2 million

The bankruptcy management of Jadransko brodogradiliste Bijela (Adriatic Shipyard Bijela) has issued a tender to sell the entire property of the shipyard, setting the starting price at approximately EUR 27.2 million.

The property of this bankrupted debtor is offered for sale by tender in writing that can be submitted to the Court of Commerce of Montenegro by February 8th, when public opening of bids will take place.

A decision on the most favorable bidders and cashing in of the property of bankrupted debtor will be made by the bankruptcy manager within maximum five days of the public opening of bids.

Let us remind that the shipyard in Bijela filed for bankruptcy in late June at the Tax Administration's request.
