German "Bauerhin" opened factory in Inđija

Yesterday, in the factory unit of company "IGB Automotiv" in Inđija, President of Executive Council of Vojvodina, Bojan Pajtić, marked the beginning of production of heaters for automobile seats of the most famous world manufacturers.

At the opening, Pajtić said that he was "especially proud" of the fact that famous German company "Bauerhin", part of which is "IGB Automotiv", had picked Vojvodina for large investment, although they had been thinking about starting production in Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine.

President of company "Bauerhin", Jozef Hilmer, said that the company had decided for the investment in Inđija because of support provided by provincial administration and efficient administration in Municipality of Inđija, as well as because the vicinity of Belgrade and Novi Sad, airport and highway.

Hilmer announced that 300 workers would be employed in the first phase in Inđija, 280 of which would be working in production sector, and he added that the profile of workers was mainly related to textile industry. The investment of company "Bauerhin" in Inđija is worth 1.8m EUR.
