Property of Kraljevo-based Magnohrom under hammer- Initial price totals EUR 4,85 m

The Agency for Privatization announced the public call to participate in the process of public bids collection through public auction for sale of property at Kraljevo-based Magnohrom.

Subject of sale is property of Fabrika vatrostalnih materijala owned by the subject of privatization.

According to the report of the authorized evaluator, value which is the subject of sale at December 31, 2014 totals EUR 9.702.689.

Initial price for property sale totals EUR 4.851.344.

Deadline to apply for participation in the process is February 25, 2016 until 10 and opening of applications is due February 29, 2016 at the offices of the Agency for Privatization in Belgrade.
