"IBM" officially owner of service for maintenance of hardware of company "Serbian Business Systems"

Company "IBM" signed the final agreement on acquisition of service for maintenance of IBM hardware with private IT company "Serbian Business Systems" (SBS), with the headquarters in Belgrade, on October 15, 2007.

In that way, the whole acquisition procedure that passed control and obtained clients' approval has been completed. Following the signing of the contract, part of SBS for maintenance of IBM hardware became part of IBM Global TEchnology Services for maintenance and technical support to business.

SBS is the leading provider of information technologies in Serbia. It supplies hardware, software and maintenance services, based on the solutions of several business partners, including IBM, Cisco, Symantec and others. IBM takes over section for hardware maintenance, which is dedicated to services of maintenance of the entire IBM line of hardware systems and servers.
