Law on Chambers of Commerce adopted - Membership in Serbian Chamber of Commerce mandatory as of 1 January 2017

The Parliament of Serbia has adopted the Law on Chambers of Commerce, which stipulates that the membership in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SCC) is mandatory as of 1 January 2017, it was announced on the SCC website.

According to the Law on Chambers of Commerce, it will also be mandatory to pay the membership fee determined by the SCC Assembly.

Businessmen will be paying only one membership fee in line with their economic interests, while the decision on the amount of that fee will be made by the economy sector.
