Elektromreza Srbije acquires stake in Elektroprenos Crne Gore for about EUR 13.9 million

The public company Elektromreza Srbije (EMS) has acquired somewhat over 10% of shares in Montenegro's power transmission company Elektroprenos Crne Gore for about EUR 13.9 million, RTS reports.

This transaction will significantly strengthen the position of Serbia's transmission system in the European power supply system.

As announced, thanks to this acquisition, EMS is entitled to a dividend and a place on the Board of Directors of Montenegro's Elektroprenos.
