Tender for rehabilitation and extension of the Clinical Center of Serbia released - Estimated value at EUR 96,1 m

The Ministry of health of the Republic of Serbia released tender for the construction and reconstruction of the Clinical Center of Serbia within the first stage of the Program of modernization, development and expansion of four tertiary hospital in Serbia.

Subject of tender is renovation and expansion of the part of existing central hospital building (total area app. 86.000 m2) and construction of new technical blocks A, B and D, parking and exterior development.

Estimated value of planned procurement is EUR 96,1 m.

The project is funded through the contract with the European Investment Bank and co-funded from the budget of the Republic of Serbia.

Estimated period for works completion is 31 months as of the day of securing access to construction site and payment of advanced sum until temporary reception (of works).

Deadline to submit offers is March 14, 2016 when public bids opening are scheduled.
