Third international agribusiness conference at Mount Kopaonik on January 29-30, 2016

The international agribusiness conference "Western Balkans and Europe" will take place at Mount Kopaonik on January 29-30, 2016 and bring together around 1,000 representatives of the processing industry, agricultural manufacturers, associations and organizations, companies and local self-governments, it was announced at a conference in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SCC).
According to the SCC website, the conference will be an opportunity to present modern European trends and standards in the field of agriculture, rural development, bio power plants and tourism, as well as their influence on development in Serbia and Balkan countries, said organizer Milan Jovicic from the ethnic center Gegula. The aim of this conference is to allow for participants to exchange knowledge, maintain business contacts and see the presentation of best examples in practice.

Danica Micanovic, an innovation adviser at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, has noted that the SCC gives support to the events of this kind, saying that the international conference is organized by the municipality of Raska and the ethnic center Gegula from Kraljevo, under the auspices of MK Mountain Resort (Grand Hotel&Spa, Family Hotel Angella, Apartments Konaci), Nikom Auto, Generali osiguranje, Cards Print. Among the patrons are also the city of Kraljevo and municipalities Vrnjacka Banja, Brus and Bogatic.
