Yelegen Technics to employ 50 workers at its precise mechanics plant

Swiss company Yelegen Technics is opening a precision mechanics plant in the industrial zone Veliko Polje in Svilajnac that is going to employ 50 workers. This investment is valued at EUR 2 million, and an agreement to open this manufacturing plant will be ceremoniously signed Friday, December 25.

As the PR service of the Svilajnac municipality announced, the Swiss company has rented a production facility in Veliko Polje, which the municipality built and equipped with necessary infrastructure for future investors, and commenced preparations for the start of production in 2016.

Panasonic too has a factory in the industrial zone Veliko Polje. It currently employs 390 workers, but the company plans to expand production and increase the number of employees next year.
