Production boosted by 40% and additional 300 workers hired by Grammer in Aleksinac in 2015

German company Grammer has managed to boost production at its car interior factory in Aleksinac this year by 40%, while also increasing the number of employees by 30%, said Pierluigi Gione, the director of the factory in Aleksinac.
Gione told Beta news agency that Grammer was daily producing 20,000 kits of equipment for cars, adding that their staff count had grown from 1,028 to 1,328.
- The plan for the next year is to further increase the number of employees. By the end of 2016, we expect to have 1,633 workers - said Gione.
As Gione explained, Grammer products made in Aleksinac are exported to nine European countries with the main buyers being famous car makers such as Porsche, Jaguar and Volkswagen.
