Priboj-based "Poliester" for sale

Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced public invitation for participation in public tender for sale of package of 39.6% of stocks of company "Poliester" from Priboj.

Total of 89,323 stocks of nominal value of 1,350 RSD will be offered for sale. The Share Fund owns 67,171 stocks, that is, 29.8% of assets of the company, while Pension and Disability Insurance Fund owns 22,152 stocks, which is 9.8% of total capital. The rest is owned by individual stockholders.

The conditions that should be met by the bidder is that it deals with production of products of polyesther or production of panels, pipes, plastic profiles and that it realized business income of at least 4m EUR in 2006.

Bidder can also be a financial investor who operates for at leat 3 years and has total assets larger than 50m EUR.
