Chinese to recover production in Jagodina-based "Resava"

- Production in Jagodina-based textile factory "Resava"
should be recovered by Chinese partner by the end of the year and it should employ 300 workers who would work in three shifts - said majority owner of "Resava", Milisav Marković - Buca, to the press.
According to his words, the plan is that semi-finished products arrive from China, and new partner is also interested in rental of office space of 1,300 square meters in the center of Jagodina, of which construction is close to end and it will be ready until November 1, 2007.
- The main facility for production is situated in Industrial zone in Jagodina, it is 4,500 square meters big, it is air-conditioned, and there is restaurant for workers, clinic, sports courts and parking lot next to it - Marković specified.
He added that the goods from "Resava" would be offered to domestic market and markets of countries of southeast Europe.
Fashion company "Resava" in Jagodina is out of work for six years. It used to be one of the largest exporters of men's and women's apparel and uniforms for health care sector and catering sector in the USA and countries of former Soviet Union.
