After the agreement reached in May 2007, "Bayern LB" collected all licenses from the authorized institutions for acqisition of majority share in "Hypo Group Alpe-Adria".

Yesterday (October 10, 2007), the takeover was made official and "Bayern LB" became the owner of 50% plus one stock of "Hypo Alpe-Adria International".
