Russians to have terminal built at Tivat’s Airport, completion prior to May 2006, €3m

Next tourist season the Tivat Airport will have terminal building of 3,800 square meters, new installations and equipment. By means of new system for luggage transportation, better air conditioning system, sanitary knots, offices and double more windows for checking, the capacity of the airport is 1,380 passenger per hour.

According to contract that was signed yesterday, Moscow-based company "Sivas" will reconstruct and build annexes on the airport facilities, until May 2006, for €3,719,000. Supervision of the works, which start in October 2005, is carried out by English company "Halkou".
