Sale of Sombor-based Aleksa Santic announced again

The Agency for Privatization has announcedtoday again sale of 70% of capital at agricultural company Aleksa Santic from the same called place at Sombor, at the initial price of app. EUR 400.000.

Bids opening is January 20, 2016. Previous tender, when the initial price of EUR 802.000 failed since none offer was delivered.

Aleksa Santic has 179 employees and has two farms of pigs, silos, warehouse, cattle food mixer, dry house.

A part or the company property was sold in April this year for EUR 8 m to Agriser, owned by Italian system Ferrero. A buyer committed to take over 50 people as well as an investment in hazelnut plantations on 700 ha.
