Sale of companies from "Danube foods group" to start in second half of year 2008 - all companies to finish year with profit

- Sale of companies from "Danube foods group" will start in the second half of year 2008, and it should be finished prior to year 2009 - Manager for Corporate Affairs of that company, Rade Pribićević, announced.

Pribićević said that all companies, including "Knjaz Miloš", would finish year 2007 with profit.

- At the time of its takeover, "Knjaz Miloš" was in the worst condition ever and restructuring was the most complex - said he, reminding that that company ended year 2006 with loss of 9m EUR.

He pointed out that 7m EUR had been set aside for social program and he added that that was the investments that was paying off.

- Concerning the fact that that process is either close to end or finished, we expect that Knjaz Miloš will realize profit in 2007, for the first time after privatization - said Pribićević.
