Crowne Plaza Belgrade hotel receives three international awards in London

The Belgrade hotel Crowne Plaza won three awards at this year's Hotel Star Awards ceremony in London, at which InterContinental Hotels Group" (IHG) recognized the best performing IHG hotels and individuals across Europe.

At the awards ceremony Crowne Plaza Belgrade was awarded in three cathegories:

HeartBeat Torchbearer Award, which recognises hotels that have achieved the highest levels of excellence through outstanding service and got positive satisfaction scores from hotel guests, then IHG Academy Award for hotels that have invested in changing young peoples’ lives through the IHG Academy programme, and finally Meetings Centre of Excellence Awards for top-quality organization of business meetings and corporate events at the hotel.

Mr Zvorad Vasic, general manager, of Crowne Plaza Belgrade visited London to accept the awards and said:
