TV "M" waits for new boss - deadline for submittal of applications is October 10

On the auction in Novi Sad-based SPC "Vojvodina", Sremska Mitrovica's RTV "M", one of the oldest TV stations in Srem, founded in 1990, will appear on the auction on October 18. This TV station operates and public company, it does not own any building facilities and it has 29 employees.

Total estimated value of the capital that will be privatized is 30.5m RSD or 388,000 EUR, which represents 70% of total capital. Deposit for participation in the auction is 4,060,000 RSD or 51,583 EUR. Starting price amounts to 8.12m RSD, and the future owner is obliged to invest at least 1.14m RSD.

TV station owns three TV and radio relays, links, antenna system and satellite antenna, camcorders, computers and computer equipment.

According to the web site of the Privatization Agency, auction documentation can be bought by all those interested at price of 40,000 RSD, and deadline for delivery of applications is October 10.
