Prva petoletka - Delovi from Novi Pazar sold to Numanovic and Pejic tours for EUR 2.2 million

The Prva petoletka - Delovi company is sold for EUR 2.2 million to a consortium consisting of the furniture plant Numanovic SNS and Pejic tours from Novi Pazar, the Privatization Agency announced in a release.
The price for a 70-percent stake in that public company was set to start from about EUR 292,000. Since more than one bid was submitted, the buyer was selected at a public auction.
Prior to the final closing of the purchase and sale agreement, the Privatization Agency will have to get a positive response from the Administration for the Prevention of Money Laundering.
According to the data provided by the Business Registers Agency, Numanovic SNS was founded in 2014, and its owner is Sead Numanovic. The company, which employs 85 workers, turned a profit of RSD 50 million in 2014.
The travel agency Pejic tours was established by Murat Pejic in 2003. It currently employs 35 workers and, according to a financial report available on the website of the Business Registers Agency, its last year's profit exceeded RSD 61 million.
Trstenik-based Prva petoletka has 26 workers in its production plant in Novi Pazar, which also owns about four hectares of building land in addition to the production facility and 40 machines more than 30 years old.
