Energotehnika Juzna Backa and American Valmont sign contracts totaling EUR 5 m - Plant in Zrenjanin planned

GM at Energotehnika, Branimir Mijailovic, said the contract is a new page in company business.

- Through direct negotiations with Valmont, which lasted for a year, we set up cooperation with one of the leading producers in production of pillars for long distance pipelines and public lightning. Through their investments, we will no longer have to import but we will only export– Mijailovic said.

He said that through contract signing export of Energotehnika will double i.e. that in the future it will total EUR 15 m.

Representative of Valmont for Mid and East Europe, Milan Kucorek, said he is very satisfied with agreements and added “this contract does not mean not only sale in Serbia but investing production as well”.
