Renovation of Bečići-based "Montenegro A" hotel (6m EUR), the French are coming

Bečići-based "Montenegro A" hotel, property of the Banja Luka company "Unis turs", will be renovated until tourist season 2005. Renovation expenses amount to € 6m.

In 2004, Banja Luka-based "Unis turs" signed the contract with French tourist company "Turistra", which is specialized in club offers, on rental of "Montenegro A" hotel on 5 years. French "Turistra" has obliged to bring 175 tourists every year, which means that the guests of French tourist company will stay in hotel from April 16 to October 10 every year.

Besides reconstruction of hotel, there will another annex on the hotel , the kind "Garni" hotel. The annex of "Montenegro A" hotel will have congress hall, restaurant "a la card" and expanded hotel lobby. According to renovation plan, the rooms in "Montenegro A" hotel will be expanded in order to satisfy the world standards. Beside rooms, the bathrooms in the hotel will also be expanded and completely new thermal, hydro, electric mechanical installation will be built. (subscribe to Pregled www.pregled.co.yu)
