How to get a working permit in Serbia?

As specified with the Regulation, along with the request for issuance of personal working permit, evidence of fulfillment of terms in original or copied form are delivered: passport for a foreigner, i.e. identification card if a person has it, approval for permanent residency or temporary stay of foreigners, proof of paid administration tax.

Along with the request for issuance of personal working permit for a foreigner which has a status of a refugee or belongs to a special category of foreigners, apart from above mentioned proofs, act on acknowledgement of status for a foreigner with the status of a f=refugee or belongs to a special category of foreigners is to be delivered.

Along with the request for issuance of personal working permit for merging the family, apart from above mentioned proofs, an original or an authorized copy is to be delivered: identification card for a foreigner with permanent residency i.e. refugee status whose family member submits request, birth certificate, marriage certificate or statement of a spouse they live in a common law marriage community: act on acknowledgement of status for foreigner with a status of a refugee or belongs to a special category of foreigners.

If a request is submitted by a foreigner, a member of close family of a Serbian citizen, apart from numbered proofs, one should submit a copy or an original of identification card of RS, birth certificate or marriage certificate or a statement of a spouse that one lives in a common law marriage.

If a request is submitted by a foreigner of a Serbian origin, until the third level kinship in legal line apart from numbered proofs an original or a copy of birth certificate which will prove kinship up to the third level in legal line.
