Tender announced for sale of "Janko Lisjak"

Privatization Agency announced tender yesterday (October 1, 2007) for sale of 70% of capital of "Janko Lisjak" holding from Belgrade, which encompasses seven companies.

Request for purchase of tender documentation can be delivered prior to October 25, and the deadline for submittal of obligatory bids is December 7.

"Janko Lisjak" deals with installation of tubing and it employs about 600 workers.

Holding’s income at the end of year 2005 amounted to 2.4m EUR. This holding has 33 production units in Iraq and Russia, four of which in Russia are active. In Serbia, "Janko Lisjak" uses 1,391 square meters of building land and 109,660 square meters of agricultural land.
