"Great Beach in Ulcinj would be given on long-term lease", Government of Montenegro announced yesterday (September 27, 2007), because it has been estimated that the lease is better model than the private-public partnership.
Hungarian "Trigranit" and Arabian investors have already expressed interest in Great Beach.

Great Beach is about 13 km long, it has surface of 19m square meters, 75% of which are owned by the state.
