French giant arrives to Serbia - Samsic takes over majority stake at Eko poslovi

French company, Samsic, European leader in facility management took over majority stake at Belgrade-based Eko poslovi.

Samsic Group was set up in 1986 and today it employs 70.000 people and generates annual turnover of EUR 1.65 billion. This company’s business is based on providing services of professional cleaning, providing, management and technical maintenance of business facilities and green areas. The company also has a special branch operating in human resources.

Since 2004, when it opened the first subsidiary in Belgium, Samsic has been positioning strategically in foreign markets and today it operates in 15 European countries.

Penetration of Samsic at the Serbian market is continuation of investments in facility management - recently French Atalian took over majority stake at Belgrade-based Mopex.
