Lear starts hiring in February 2016 - Most employees to work in production, job requires them to stand for eight hours a day

Lear, a global leader in the production of automotive components, is going to open a new production facility in the industrial zone Sever 4 in the Sangaj neighborhood in Novi Sad, most probably in February, people at ManpowerGroup, Lear's HR partner, confirmed exclusively to the daily Dnevnik.
Lear plans to hire more than 2,000 people in Novi Sad over the next two years, and the first hires are expected in February 2016. Lear's production facility in Novi Sad will be producing electrical systems for cars.
As people at ManpowerGroup say, most of the employees will be production operators. No previous experience is required for this position.
The company intends to hire workers from Novi Sad and neighboring places that are up to 40 kilometers away from the city. The job requires workers to stand for eight hours a day, which is why candidates must meet health requirements. That is the only condition for getting the job.

As ManpowerGroup explained, Lear is the world's top supplier for big automobile brands. Founded in Detroit in 1917, the company also produces seats and electrical systems for the automotive industry.
