HIP Petrohemija starts production at Fabrika polietilena niske gustine - Investment of EUR 4,5 m

Petrohemija has communicated todaythat after invetement and overhaul works estimated at EUR 4,5 m, it startedproduction at "Fabrika polietilena niske gustine" (PENG). As communicated,the investments were directed at improvement of energy and operational efficiencyand it is expected that it production savings will be app. EUR 3 m annually.

- Implementation of the most importantproject – complete overhaul of hyper compressor at PENG has ended which was done for the firsttime since HIP-Petrohemija started operations. Due to scope of the workscarried out, production at PENG started abit later than planned i.e. after completion of all planned tests and settings –it was announced.
