Deadline for publishing of financial reports of mid-sized and large companies in media - September 30

Juristic persons, which are classified, in accordance with the regulations from the Law on accounting and audit, into mid-sized and large, are to present financial reports first to the auditor and then to broader public.

Documentation about adoption of annual financial reports for business year 2006 is to be delivered to the National Bank of Serbia prior to September 30, 2007. All juristic persons (defined above as mid-sized and large), which are obliged to submit documents about adoption of annual financial reports, also need to publish these reports in some of the media.

Deadline for publishing of reports for business year 2006 is September 30, 2007. The Law stipulates that the financial reports can be published in daily press, magazine or on web page.
