Preparations for sale of "Genex" started - invitation for creditors to submit their claims

Administrative Board of company "Generaleksport" Belgrade, which is in restructuring, has announced an invitation today (September 24, 2007) for the creditors of that company to submit their claims, which signified the beginning of the process of preparation of that company for sale.

The invitation that was published in newspaper "Politika" states that all creditors who became that before August 9, 2007, can submit their claims, while the deadline for submittal of claims is 15 days from the day the invitation was announced.

The invitation was also announced by company "Internacional CG" in restructuring, and creditors of this company also have 15 days to submit their claims.

These invitations were announced for the sake of check of the sameness of situation in bookkeeping records of the company, and they don’t represent admission or acknowledgement of the debt in any way.
