Privatization Agency started privatization of Jagodina Brewer for the second time

Privatization Agency has started privatization of the Jagodina Brewer for the second time by announcing invitation for purchase of consulting services of privatization adviser.

Deadline for delivery of applications for qualification is 15 days from the day the public invitation was announced. Agency will qualify bidders in the first phase, and then it will invite candidates whose qualification was acknowledged to submit their offers. The most favorable bid, in economic sense, will be selected.

The first time, the package of stocks of the Jagodina Brewer was sold at the end of August 2005 for 75,000 EUR to the consortium made of Slovenian company "Infond holding" and Serbian company "Pan Beer" owned by businessman Momčilo Rajić.

This privatization was cancelled in December 2006 to the initiative of the Privatization Agency that determined that Rajić owed more than 5m RSD to the Jagodina Brewer at the time when the contract was signed.
