BIP to step out of bankruptcy?

Minority shareholders hope that it means Belgrade’s brewery will however be sold. Lawyers, however, want that it does not mean bankruptcy will not be started again.

Details of decision and explanation of the Trade appellation court to minority shareholders have not been known yet since it was sent on Friday to the Trade court in Belgrade.
