Sarajevo's Union banka to sell stocks of Belgrade-based Jubmes banka

Government of BiH has given consent to Sarajevo-based Union banka to sell stocks of Jubmes banka from Belgrade, which is in its property. These are the stocks that were shown in the passive sub-balance sheet of Union banka, and their sale would repay debts towards Belgrade's Jugobanka in bankruptcy.

The debt amounts to 1.33m EUR, and sale of stocks would peacefully resolve dispute between Jugobanka as pursuer and Union Banka as respondent at Municipal court in Sarajevo.
