Nis-based Neptun for sale - Property of SAM SON goes on auction block on December 15th

The bankruptcy creditor of Belgrade-based SAM SON d.o.o. in bankruptcy, has announced the sale of property by public auction. This property includes buildings, business and storage space, and office space.

Among other things, SAM SON is selling the building of NEPTUN - a modern shopping center built in 2007 in Nis, with a total surface area of 2,675.81 square meters. A starting price for this building is EUR 650,000.

They are also selling a business and storage space in Nis, which includes two warehouses, garage and an anex to the facility, with a total surface area of 2,880 square meters. A starting price for this lot is EUR 800,000.

An office space in Nis is also for sale. It has a useful surface area of 141 square meters, while a starting price is set to EUR 60,452.64.

Besides, an office space in Jagodina made up of two outlets of 90 and 58 square meters also goes on auction block. A starting price for both outlets is EUR 65,000.

Public auction will be held 15 December 2015 at 12 noon in the building of KMG Trudbenik a.d. in Belgrade, 79 Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard.
