Andrea Brbaklić, Executive Director at Erste Bank, Communication Department

Andrea Brbaklić, is BSc in Economy, she is currently Executive Director at Erste Bank where she manages Communication Department. External and internal communication, sponsorship, donations, and event organisation are within her authority. Previously, she was one of the co-owners and Director of agency for communication management, Pristop. As the communication advisor, she has participated in many significant processes of privatisation and transformation, and significant clients she has co-operated with include: British American Tobacco, Mercator, Interbrew (current InBev), Barilla, UNDP, Ministry for Economy and Privatisation, etc. As the fellowship holder of Enterprise Europe programme, she spent one month working at PR Unit of Corporation of London, local authorities of London City. She spent three months of advanced training in New York. She is one of the founders and President of Managing Board of Serbian Society for Public Relations and co-author of the book Media relations. As a guest lecturer, she gives lectures to students of Faculty of Economy and Faculty of Organisation Science. She has experienced the process of transformation and establishment of the Communication Department at Erste Bank as an exceptional challenge.
