Israelis to build shopping center in Pozarevac - Aviv Arlon is planning new investments

Israeli company, Aviv Arlon is interested to build a retail park in Pozarevac, the same it opened a few days ago in Bagljas settlement in Zrenjanin. Company representatives visited the town in September when they visited also new industrial zone which would be the most favorable location for construction of a big shopping mall. Their arrival followed only two months after Pozarevac was visited by the ambassador of Israel, Jozef Levi, who then promised his support in attracting investors.

- I am sure that our good contact with ambassador and his recommendation contributed that Aviv Arlon steps with us into serious negotiations- Bane Spasovic (SPS), president of the City assembly said.

Letter of intentions sent these days to city heads proves the decision of Israeli company to invest in the center of Branicevo region. Three lots would be convenient to investors from Israel, in new industrial zone on app. six hectares, behind Tempo mega market.
