Serbs again buy used automobiles in Montenegro

Montenegro is once again flooded by used automobiles bought by citizens of Serbia. According to Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro, over 15,000 automobiles have been imported in 8 months, most of which are 10-15 years old. The buyers from Serbia have to pay €80 for the obligatory certificate, whereas the other documents cost €70-110.
