GASIC: Early December to see cornerstone for the construction of the plant for shooting ammunition

- We want to increase capacities, build up our operational ability and to hire new people through special industry. Recently, special industry employed thousand people – Gasic said and added that he hopes that early December will see a cornerstone for the construction of, the plant for shooting ammunition.

He said that negotiations which the president of the Government of Serbia, Aleksandar Vuicic, had in Russia should improve special industry but did not specify what exactly was agreed and what Serbia will get from that country.

He added Serbia wants to invest significant funds so that it would comply with the agreement on the overhaul of Russian helicopters where they will need engineers, mathematicians and physicians.

Upon reaction of Croatian officials for the agreement of Serbia on arms with Russia, Gasic said citizens can be carefree since the state guarantees security.
