"Starting October 1st, international area code for Montenegro will be exclusively 382", Republic Telecommunication Agency of Serbia (Ratel) announced.

That will end the transition period during which Montenegro was using area codes 381 and 382. According to the agreement between authorized ministries of these two countries, Serbia will keep its current code, that is, 381.
