Only Drakulić interested in purchase of Novi Sad-based "Fabrika kabela"

Only one bid was delivered for purchase of "Fabrika kabela" (Cable Factory) from Novi Sad and that bid came from company "East point holding", of which owner is businessman Zoran Drakulić.

According to the announcement of the Privatization Agency, it was determined after the analysis that the aforementioned bidder meets qualification conditions from the Public invitation for purchase of 93.07% of assets in company for production of cables and conductors "Fabrika kabela" from Novi Sad in restructuring.

Tender documentation for purchase of Novi Sad-based "Fabrika kabela" was bought by two companies - "East point holdings" from Cyprus and "Telefonika cable” from Poland, but only "East point" delivered the bid.
