It takes only two hours to open company in Macedonia

Registration of companies in Macedonia lasts for only two hours and costs zero denars where the procedure on behalf of the owner can be done one of the 450 agents and 650 lawyers which finished necessary training, Macedonian Sitel portal reports.

Apart from that, since March last year, the registration process can be done electronically which is the second stage of recent "one stop shop".

Leaving out paperwork resulted in no tax stamp and authorization costs for company founders.
