Martial arts as elective subject in schools around Serbia starting from 2005/06, decrease in level of aggressiveness?

Until May 1, 2005, Faculty of Sports of Physical Education will design the study on justification and capability of realization of idea that martial arts be introduced to system of physical education and school sports. All preparations should be finished prior to summer 2005 in order to have martial arts as elective subject in experimental schools starting from next school year, said Minister of Education Slobodan Vuksanović. The aim of this idea is to satisfy the interests of principals, teachers and parents in directing pupils to go in for sports in order to decrease the level of their aggressiveness.
